AMECKO GmbH exceeded our expectations by far. Our customers feel comfortable. We demonstrate that personal and digital consultation do not exclude each other, but complement one another.”

The goal in designing the new customer center was to consolidate advisory expertise in the areas of energy and multimedia and—true to the company’s self-image—to also emphasize naturalness and sustainability visually. “After the first coordination meetings, it was clear to us that the new customer center should not be a cold, run-of-the-mill center,” explains AMECKO Account Manager Winfried Tataryn. “So, wherever possible, elements of nature were integrated into the design concept to visually express MEGA’s character.”

As soon as you enter the center, you are welcomed at the info point by a waterfall and a lush green wall. In front of the vertical garden, the landmark of the city of Monheim am Rhein comes into focus in a silhouette-like manner: the Goose Girl. The minimalist brushed stainless steel of the figure contrasts with the naturally thriving greenery of the vertical garden. “A fully planted wall right next to a real waterfall is a real eye-catcher. Consultation can gladly take a little more time here,” says Peter Dripper, a customer on the day of the reopening.

The furnishings at the info point and the consultation tables are dominated by rustic solid wood, paired with white lacquer as well as the orange and blue of the Monheim local provider’s corporate design. “We wanted to use the space to its full extent. For the high ceilings, we therefore integrated huge, cloud-shaped lights that we let float. It almost feels like moving through a landscape,” says Winfried Tataryn. Behind the consultation areas are easily replaceable graphics featuring motifs that give the space local character and charm. At the same time, they conceal sound-absorbing elements. MEGA customer Zeliyha Demirel also noted that the sound insulation works: “In the new customer center, I can discuss all my concerns—from multimedia to electricity to natural gas—without being disturbed. Despite the size of the room, it is a one-on-one consultation.”

In addition to the focus on natural materials, the entire fit-out is designed for sustainability and can be reconfigured time and again. Winfried Tataryn: “It is a general concern of AMECKO to ensure our customers receive sustainable, resource-conserving planning and implementation. We are extremely flexible in planning and always state of the art in execution—because we believe that this is how spaces stay dynamic and in step with the times.”

Creating a customer center with an inviting atmosphere that feels cozy, warm, and open—while also meeting the sustainability requirements of the municipal energy provider MEGA—was a challenge for the Oberhausen-based service provider AMECKO, which was commissioned to redesign the customer center. “MEGA relies exclusively on green electricity, is committed to expanding e-mobility, and stands for […]

"_seopress_social_twitter_img_attachment_id":0
[8

post-2322","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-unkategorisiert
["GET
