Where Momentum Meets Trust

AMECKO Delivers Six Exhibition Presences at E-World 2026 – Debut with RWE Makes a Strong Statement.
E-World energy & water 2026 in Essen marked a pivotal start to the year for AMECKO GmbH. The Oberhausen-based exhibition builder realized no fewer than six trade fair appearances in the halls of the leading trade fair – first and foremost, the new stand concept for the energy group RWE.
At this year’s E-World in Essen, the Oberhausen-based exhibition builder was able to kick off with a total of six stands. The exhibition concept for the energy group RWE was the first project realized by AMECKO in 2026. Previously, RWE had placed its trust in AMECKO for the coming years after winning a pitch. Since then, AMECKO has supported the company as an exhibition builder, designing its trade fair appearances with a clear focus on sustainability and innovation. Preparations for this first joint milestone began in the autumn of last year – accordingly, expectations for the team were high. A challenge that was met with great motivation at the beginning of the year.

RWE: Reduction, Relevance, Renewable Energy
Directly in pole position at the entrance to Hall 3, visitors were greeted by a vast blue horizon – interspersed with wind turbines. The oversized key visual conveyed RWE’s central message unmistakably: transformation, renewable energies, future.
The stand impressed with its architectural clarity. Backlit system walls, an open spatial structure, and a deliberately reduced design directed attention to the essentials: the content. At the center was a large-format LED wall as the communicative heart. Here, brand communication was conceived interactively.
Visitors could access content directly via QR code without app installation and control the playback themselves. The mere observer became an active participant. Topics such as “Growing Green with RWE,” offshore and onshore projects, “Commodity Flow Desk enters Asia,” and the transformation from a classic energy supplier to a Smart Energy Flow Manager reflected the content spectrum of RWE Supply & Trading – perfectly suited to E-World as an industry platform.
“Our goal was not just to show innovation, but to make it tangible. The LED wall was more than just a screen – it became an interface between the brand and visitors,” says Florian Blankenburg from RWE.
Sustainability as a Constructive Principle
What appeared at first glance as aesthetic clarity was constructively and consistently designed with sustainability in mind. The entire stand was based on a modular system with reusable system walls. Large prints were produced on recycled material and are returned to the recycling loop after use.
The flooring also follows this principle: a reusable system with multi-use insert panels. A 100 percent circular carpet collection made from recycled materials was also used. Thanks to special cycle technology, the carpet can be fully returned to the production process after years of use – without any loss of quality.
Most of the furniture came from RWE’s inventory or from modular rental systems with multiple reuses. Lighting, rigging, and media technology were also planned with reusability in mind. Even classic give-aways were deliberately omitted – the corresponding amount was donated.
Sustainability was not a communicative add-on here, but a structural foundation.
Second Appearance: RWE Gas Storage West
Just one hall over, RWE Gas Storage West presented itself with an independent appearance, also developed from the modular system. Clear lines, technical imagery, and precise positioning on gas and hydrogen storage ensured a strong presence within the hall. Both RWE areas were consistently well-attended throughout the entire duration of the trade fair.

Proven Partnerships, New Impulses
In addition to the premiere with RWE, AMECKO also demonstrated creative further development with existing clients.
Adesso SE presented itself with striking blue stand architecture, floating cube elements, and a clear digital message centered on Energy Transformation and AI. M3 Management Consulting opted for a minimalist, high-quality stand design with a large media wall and a floating ceiling banner – “Management Consulting and Innovations” as a clear positioning above the area.
Ista SE impressed in a prominent location near the hall entrance with an impressive diamond graphic as a leitmotif and digital touchpoints for product information. The stand was a highly frequented point of contact throughout the entire duration of the event.
And Eltel’s striking truss headframe was once again unmissable. With its industrial aesthetic, foosball table, and open hospitality, it remained a communicative meeting point at the trade fair.

Summary: Tailwinds for 2026
Between goal-oriented customer discussions, interactive brand communication, and sustainable stand architecture, AMECKO set a strong signal for the start of the year with E-World 2026. New partnerships, such as with RWE, and growing customer relationships show: trust arises from strong concepts, innovative power, and reliable implementation.
“E-World was the perfect start to the new trade fair year for us. We showed that sustainability, technology, and brand staging are not opposites – but rather reinforce each other,” summarizes Florian Blankenburg.
With these tailwinds, AMECKO looks forward to a season that already makes one thing clear: When momentum meets trust, more than just an exhibition stand is created – a sustainable brand experience is born.
