Major projects bring out the best in us

Nine events at nine different locations, all on a single day – that's quite a conceptual and logistical feat. A major challenge was to scale the modular approach to suit the variously-sized locations while retaining the same appearance.

We also inspected all the sites with the customer to hand-pick every exhibit and select the best locations on site – offering first-rate consulting services at all levels.

The public event was designed to provide people living near the Evonik factories and the general public with background information using specially developed content. AMECKO was Evonik's trusted creative partner throughout, developing the idea with the product worlds and the photo shoot with the testimonial, and putting these ideas into practice on site.

Handling nine events simultaneously at nine different locations on a single day was quite a logistical challenge. Events took place in Marl, Essen, Wesseling, Krefeld, Darmstadt, Hanau, Rheinfelden, Witten and Lülsdorf, and previously in Herne and Geesthacht.

An ingenious choice of system meant that we could deliver a single face to the market across exhibition locations which differed widely in size from 200 sqm to 2,000 sqm. A scalable solution in different creative spaces required fewer resources, keeping the cost of the entire project at a "reasonably priced" level.

Besides taking care of the photo shoot and casting the right protagonist to symbolise the different worlds, we also developed creative content for the following product worlds: automotive, living, leisure, care, health, office and many more.
